Our school/work evaluations and recommendations are a fee for service. Contact us to learn more about rates and appointments.
The evaluation may take longer than typical initial or follow-up visits and additional time will be spent by your provider to write a report detailing recommendations that you can decide if you want to submit to you

The evaluation may take longer than typical initial or follow-up visits and additional time will be spent by your provider to write a report detailing recommendations that you can decide if you want to submit to your school or place of employment to consider.
For some circumstances, we may refer you to a neuropsychologist or other specialized providers for further evaluation.
